Inmate left in outdoor cage for 20 hours in Tucson prison
TUCSON, AZ (KPHO) - A year after an Arizona inmate died from being left in an outdoor holding unit, another inmate was left in one for even longer. Inmate Elisio Solis was taken to one of the Tucson prison's outdoor holding units in April after officials said he got into an argument with an officer.
